Task
Based upon the document AO702 _Annex 2, Part B, the tasks 1-14 are related to the 5 different schemes. The tasks for each scheme are similar, starting with the report of the methodology, and then recalculation etc. We would like to clarify, for each scheme: - If we can receive all the documents related to the data, assumptions and calculation after the kick-off meeting, before the report of the methodology? - If we shall report on the methodology before receiving all the necessary documents?

The report on the methodological report shall be issued within the deadlines specified in Part B, Section 4.1, of the Annex 2 Tender Specifications. The timing for the provision of all the documents relating to the data, assumptions and calculation shall be agreed with the European Parliament and its external advisor and with the Commission (Eurostat). We consider that only data sources and formats, and actuarial variables used by the latter entities are necessary to develop the methodological approach (tasks 1 and 5).
