Transfer orders on paper
Given that the regulations will soon oblige banks to process only dematerialized operations, the bank may have to refuse to deal with paper transfers as soon as this directive of the DSP2 comes into force. Can we consider that this modification of our service during our commitment period - for regulatory reasons - will not call into question the contract that binds us?

In accordance with Article I.13.1 of the Framework Contract (FWC), the delivery of services is governed by Union law, complemented, where necessary, by the law of Belgium. Any change in the relevant EU law will apply to the services specified in Article I.2 of the FWC.
