Due to the set-up of the financial systems of the contracting authorities, the message MT940 is a compulsory requirement, while the submission of MT910 should be available at least upon request. Condition 13 should read: “For each credit entry, your Bank must be able to provide to the Contracting Authority a SWIFT MT 910 credit advice …”
