General Information about the Tender
Is there any possibility to share indicative information such as: a) the number of the employees under transfer status to the newly appointed provider with the current contract duration under the Temporary Law (indicative dates of starting working to the previous provider), b) in case of award, whether some or the most of the employees (under transfer) will need to be stopped, based on the Temporary Employment Law?

ENISA currently has around 40 Interim Agents contracted. The number of IAs is subject to change, based on the needs and budget availability of ENISA/Cedefop at any given time.
