Clarification on the Pricing Template
Question
At the template, in the scenario of the 4 months contract, should we consider that the employee will be occupied only in those 4 months, with no possibility for renewal? Also, at the total cost per month column, how the cost should be appeared? a) as an average employer's cost on a 12 month calculation basis, considering all the proportions of Easter, Vacation, Christmas Bonus? b) as an average employer's cost on a 4 month calculation basis, based on the requested scenario? c) or would you not consider at all -at this column- any of the possible proportions (of the Christmas, Vacation & Easter Bonus)? In case the employee would work only for those 4 months, proportions of Bonuses (Christmas, Vacation, Easter) should be paid. Therefore, it is important to know for this scenario, whether the employee would be renewed (after October) or the employee's contract (at this scenario) would be only a 4 month's contract.

Regarding the Financial Offer Template, please fully take into account the ‘pricing scenario’, which establishes a period of 4 months with specific dates. This means that it is not implied that there will be a renewal, however for that eventuality; a price offer for CF5 is to be added. It is our understanding that a pro-rata application of the benefits as per Greek Law shall be applied to the 4-month scenario period.
