In task 6 it is understood that the Commission will organise all aspects of the up to four meetings, with the contractor having the responsibility of presenting the work and taking minutes, is this accurate?

Yes, this is correct, except when the Contractor makes use of the following point described under Task 6: “The Contractor may propose meetings and measures for involving stakeholders or promote the results of the analysis. “ In such an instance, the organisation of the meeting and measures will be discussed and agreed with the Contractor.
