Could you please clarify if the following will be provided for the Consultant’s office free of charge: 1. Adequate office space for the Consultant’s experts at either CDR or BMLWE 2. Office related utility costs (water, electricity, internet, phone, etc.) 3. Office furniture (chairs, desks, etc.) 4. Office equipment including , printers, scanners, etc.

As states in section 6.3 of the ToR: "It is expected that office accommodation of a reasonable standard for each expert working on the contract and reasonably accessible by phone, fax and e-mail over the duration of the assignment is to be provided by CDR and, potentially, BMLWE, as appropriate, in Beirut."
