Question
At present, there is no airworthiness certification standard for UAVs in our country, but our UAVs have successful applied in our country and many countries. So can we submit a tender with the UAV which without airworthiness certification ?

The proposed platform must hold a valid certificate of airworthiness issued by the aviation safety regulator of the State of Design of the RPAS, normally the national CAA, already at the time of submitting the offer for the FWC. This certificate shall be recognized and rendered valid by the host country CAA, before the signature of each specific order.
