Participation of Consortia
On Section 4.5, the Authority specifies:” Each member of the consortium must provide the required evidences for the exclusion and selection criteria”. In case of a consortium, could you please confirm our understanding on the following: 1. The fulfillment of the economic and financial capacity standards will be also assessed on a Consortium level, and not on each individual company. 2. Since the “Technical and Professional Capacity” criteria should be fulfilled by the Consortium as whole, we assume that the provided evidences concatenate the Consortium’s capacity and there is no need to provide these evidences for each consortium partner separately. In this context, we assume that if a Consortium Partner X provides all necessary evidences to cover the 3 years’ experience in the provision of similar services, then it is not mandatory for Consortium Partner Y to provide similar evidences.
