Our Company is an Italian legal entity (srl) and is controlled by an UK Company which is a part of a Multinational Group. Our Multinational Group if fully compliant to both tender requirement: Economic and financial capacity Technical and professional capacity We would partecipate to this tender with the Italian legal entity: do you confirm this is acceptable and meet your expectation considering the legal connection we have with the entire Company Group ? Or do you suggest to partecipate in a different way ?

Referring to point 2.4.3 of the Administrative Annex and without anticipating the decision that will be taken by the specifically appointed Evaluation Committee, the solution you describe seems to be acceptable. We we cannot for evident reasons make alternative suggestions on ways to participate in the call for tenders.
