Can you provide how many events of each category (A,B, missions, translations) you had for the previous three and a half years, how many participants you had in total and per events, separately for category A, category B, missions and translations, even better per country?

The average number of events organised in 2016-2019 under ‘Service type A’ was of three to five events per year; with an average number of 20-25 participants per event and a higher participant number in two occasions (50 and 70 participants respectively). All events were organised in the country. ‘Service type B’ was requested seldomly in the last three years and a half, and so the requests for support for mission organisation. As regards the translations, as specified in the Terms of reference, requests are related to documents used in the context of an event, and usually for documents of limited length – up to 50 pages.
