Regarding the environmental expert (K3) and its need to be registered in São Tomé (STP), we ask if it’s possible to perform this registration as environmental consultant in STP after the award, in case of successful awarding?

The registration can be obtained after the signature of the contract but the Consultant is expected to plan this registration imediately after the signature of the contract in order to avoid any delays in the implementation of the assignment.
