in the Annex I – Part 1.2 ASSESSMENT OF BIDS AND SCENARIO - 2. SCENARIOS FOR OPERATING LEASES - Table 2.2 information Charge for premature termination (CPT) of the lease agreement, it is required a value expressed in Euro. Considering that the CPT value is depending to the duration of the premature termination of the lease, we are unable to define a value in Euro (it is variable). We would provide the CPT as a percentage of the remaining lease cost value. Please confirm that this could be acceptable.

Bidders shall declare, in Annex I – Part 1.2 ASSESSMENT OF BIDS AND SCENARIO - 2. SCENARIOS FOR OPERATING LEASES - Table 2.2, the charge for premature termination arising 12 months after the start of the 24-month operating leases considered in the scenarios. Please see the updated version of the document "5.Annex I - Part 1.2 – Assessment of bids and scenario" where the changes are marked in red.
