Can you let us know what is the solution How many external feeds does the system need to have based on valuation quotas? Who performs the valuation of Assets/Mandates the fees are based? Is there need of Independent valuations compared to normal quoted feeds Is there the case that a mandate is composed of both quoted and unquoted assests? How many invoices are produced per mandate based on fee types in average? can you provide an example do you expect us to decide about the fee model for new mandates? Is there an internal team that puts in place models for fees are these expected to be provided by the service provider?

Single Calculation concept takes into account a single set of data (e.g. committed amount; disbursed amount; invested amount). A mix of calculation concepts take into account more than one set of data (e.g. Invested Capital reduced by Investments in Funds which have been entirely written off and reduced by any non-recallable repaid amounts). Charge back on incurred costs refer to costs that are monitored using an existing software / tool that have to be either (i) just re-invoiced, (ii) adjusted with rates or other calculation concepts . The GL should be populated with the amounts of the management fees – on a monthly basis. The valuation of the assets is not subject of this request. The number of invoices per mandate depends on the invoicing frequency and ranges between one and four per year. The Service Provider is not expected to decide on the applicable fee model. There is a Fees & Expenses Unit specialized in the administration and computation of management fees. Please note that this is a restricted procurement procedure and it is divided into 2 stages - a pre-qualification stage and an award stage. Therefore, if necessary and relevant, only the Candidates that will be shortlisted at the end of Stage 1 will receive further details and information (technical specifications).
