Could you confirm which of the two options is correct with regard to selection criteria T1 and T2? a) only project references from organisations can be used as evidence to prove the relevant level of capacity b) besides references from organisations, project references from individual experts (e.g. if an expert has been involved in the delivery of a research project in a relevant field) can also be used to meet selection criteria T1 and T2.

Each of these criteria applies to the tenderer as a whole, i.e. the combined capacities of all involved entities, as indicated in the table. In case the experts that are involved in a consortium together meet these criteria, the consortium passes these selection criteria.
