Criterion T3
1 - the criterion T3 (page 24) indicates that the project manager needs “at least 5 years´ experience in project management at EU level”. could this experience be fulfilled by projects that took place in Spain and came from local organizations?. 2 - the same criterion indicates at page 25 that the 2 experts on health-risk prevention in the music sector “should have a proven record of at least 3 relevant publications in English”. We were wondering if these publications have to be in English or other languages would be valid.
