With reference to the note on "tenderers established in the United Kingdom" -does rejection from the procurement procedure apply for subcontractors / involved entities based in the UK in case access to EU procurement is not provided for the UK? What type of involvement would you recommend for a consortium that wishes to work with UK professionals / organisations?

The rules on access to the market do not apply to subcontractors. Thus subcontractors established in the UK are not concerned by the possible rejection of tenderers established in the UK. We refrain from recommending any specific form of co-operation, it is up to the tenderers to decide whether they tender alone or as a group.
