Question details
Point I.6 of the tender specifications - Corrective maintenance
With reference to point I.6 of the tender specifications, we consider the two-hour response time limit between the moment a telephone call requesting assistance is made and the moment a technician arrives on the premises to be discriminatory. For economic operators based outside of Belgium/Luxembourg, it is impossible to send a technician of their own while at the same time respecting the two-hour response time limit. Could you therefore please extend this response time limit of two hours to twenty-four hours?
06/02/2020
Please disregard the supplementary answer given on 06/02/2020. This answer relates to question 2 on the topic of point I.3.3 of the tender specifications.
06/02/2020
With reference to point II.2 of the tender specifications, variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the tender specifications) are not allowed. The contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender.
27/01/2020
Please note that the two-hour response time, as required under point I.6 of the tender specifications, is strictly justified by the need of the contracting authority to have any poor performance or breakdown of the security equipment addressed immediately. We cannot change the geographic location of the place of delivery and maintenance covered by this call for tenders. Economic operators are free to organise themselves as they want, in accordance with point II.3 of the tender specifications, in order to submit a tender. Submission of a tender implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents.
