If the estimated total value of this project is €150.000 does it mean the price taken into consideration for evaluation (is the one indicated in the financial proposal form SSF 7 – financial scenario) must be lower then €150.000?

The estimated total value for the whole framework contract duration is 150.000 EUR. This represents the Framework Contract ceiling. Nevertheless 150.000 EUR is not set as a maximum for the purpose of evaluation, i.e. indication of the ‘Total NET PRICE’ higher than 150.000 EUR will not automatically lead to rejection of a tender.
