Requirements for the price of service 2A and 2B
For service 2A and 2B, do you confirm that the price for 1 year shall consider and include: - at least the minimum requirements for the team composition described in section 2.3.2 of the tender specifications; - at least the minimum capacity evels for the profiles as requested in section 15.5.1 - a fixed period of one year (not less) - a maximum ceiling price as described in section 13 line a), topics 3) and 4). Do you confirm this understanding?

This is correct. Please note this should be quoted considering the requirements defined in the tender specifications, in particlar section 2.3.2. Service 2 Description (Software upgrade with dynamic scope) of Annex B.02 Tender Specifications, and Section 6 of Annex VII (SLA) included in Annex I.55 FWC (IT) Annexes I - XVI
