TENDERER X registering for Opening Session
For the opening session at 13 March next MR YYYYY and 1 colleague represent TENDERER X. Please confirm that we have registered in time.

As stated in point 5.4 of Annex 1 to the Invitation , should a tenderer wish to be present to the opening session, it shall inform Europol of the full name and the national ID number (or, alternatively, a date of birth) of its representative by email (tenders@europol.europa.eu) not later than the date and time indicated in the Invitation to Tender (i.e. 09/03/2019). As stated in the Contract Notice, maximum 1 representative per tenderer can attend the opening session. For security reasons, tenderers who do not register within the given deadline will not be allowed to attend the opening session. Tenderers not present at the public opening session may send an information request to tenders@europol.europa.eu if they wish to be provided with the information announced during the public opening (extract of the record of the opening session including the names of the tenderers).
