Proof of Concept
Are the requirements to the test environment, as a Proof of Concept, limited to the description, use cases for testing, reproducible test results and user guide? I.e. can we assume that the test environment does not need to be 24/7 operational, meet detailed security/privacy requirements and/or other regulatory requirements from the industry. (so is it sufficient to demonstrate the required functionality).

A test environment is required allowing to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach and run the Proof-of-Concept with all required functionality. The operational and security requirements for a production environment are not part of the CfT.
