Selection criteria - manpower - all lots
Our understanding is that in case the balance sheets and staff figures of fiscal year 2019 are not audited yet, tenderers can provide the requested manpower figures for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 instead of 2017, 2018 and 2019. Could you please confirm our understanding is correct?

The tenderers shall submit the most recent accounts which are closed, even if these accounts are not yet audited.
