Task 1 description
We are rather confused by task 1 of the tender specifications. Point 1 of task 1 is clear. However, points 2-7 of task 1 read more like objectives or issues to be addressed by the study as a whole (i.e. by all or at least several tasks, not just by task 1). Could you help us to understand how points 2-7 of task 1 relate to the other tasks? Thank you very much in advance.

Points 1 to 7 of task 1 are largely based on the different Key Strategic Objectives of the EU Strategic Framework on Health and Safety at work 2014-2020. As mentioned in the ToR, task 1 focuses on the achievements and shortcomings at both national and EU levels regarding the implementation of the 2014-2020 EU strategic framework, in particular as regards the set key strategic objectives. The various tasks of the study are to some extent interlinked. It is up to the tenderers when preparing their proposed methodology to ensure that all tasks are addressed adequately.
