Clarifications
We have noticed that you have not replied to questions since Thursday 26th March and as tenderers we are awaiting for a number of clarifications to be issued in order to move forward with the preparation of the offer and especially for the Case Studies. Considering this, we kindly ask you if you could, 1) in the best delays, answer to tenderers' request for clarifications, and 2) consider extending the deadline for submission in light of these delays.

The EIB is granting a second extension of the deadline to submit tenders. The new deadline for receipt of tenders is 18/05/2020 15:00. The deadline for submitting questions continues as 20/04/2020 15:00.
