3. What’s the maximum time that EMSA BCF (Madrid) systems could remain shutdown to perform the move?

EMSA BCF systems should not stay in shutdown for more than 10 calendar days. The longer the shutdown time, the longer is the risk for EMSA. Therefore, move plans with shorter downtime will be better rewarded in the quality criteria associated with the move.
