Power: upgrades and downgrades at contract renewal
The FWC, on I.3.3, states that "The FWC is concluded for a period of 48 months", and on I.3.5 that "The FWC is renewed automatically up to two times for a period of 12 months each time". The Tender Specifications, on section "2.1 - Power and cooling" states that "before any contract renewal (typically on a yearly basis)" power consumption baseline can be upgraded or downgraded. Does this mean that we can consider power upgrades or downgrades on the "annual contract anniversary"?

Power upgrades and downgrades shall be considered on a yearly basis (i.e., annual contract anniversary). The reference to "contract renewal" on point 2.1. "Power and cooling" of the Tender Specifications is a clerical error and shall be read as "annual contract anniversary".
