Submission of scanned copies/oirignal documents
According to question & answer #11, a scanned pdf is valid for annex 5.1 and the declaration on honour. Is this also valid for the financial offer and tender report?

The financial offer has to be signed and uploaded in e-Submission; it can be a scanned version. The Commission might request an originally signed version later. The tender report has to be signed and uploaded in e-Submission; it can be a scanned version. The originally signed version needs to be sent on paper but this can be done later given the current circumstances.
