Could you please clarify what sample choreography of the stakeholder conference means? How detailed the conference step up needs to be? What are the essential elements to be provided?

As specified in the technical specifications, a conference outline is requested. In doing so, the applicant should take into account the specifications described in Task 2.4. (lot 1) and task 3.1 (lot 2). In addition, for lot 1 (Atlantic) the conference agendas of the previous conferences, available on the Atlantic website (https://atlanticstrategy.eu/en/content/our-events , can be used for inspiration. For lot 2 (Black Sea) the sample must include a conference agenda, a timetable with the main steps and deliverables in the run-up phase and post-conference follow-up, as well as a conference flyer.
