Since major modification can influence the cost price, can you agree that modifications to the result can only be made after mutual consultation between the parties?

It is not very clear what is understood by ‘modifications to the result’. However, if the parties agreed on the characteristics of the result, and subsequently the Agency changes its mind to the already agreed characteristics of the result, we confirm that such modifications (if major) can be made only upon mutual consultation between the parties.
