We consider three times the total amount of the specific contract in question to be too high and not industry-compliant. Are you willing to change this to one time? If not, could you explain why you think this is reasonable in such a contract?

The Agency does not agree to change the cap. The contract to be awarded is considered of high priority/importance for the Agency’s operations.
