Considering the current COVID outbreak situation, we would like EMA to reconsider the submission of award criteria instead of one document per lot, in separate documents per criterion (e.g.: Lot 1 delivery of 5 separate documents based on the 5 criteria requested in the award questionnaire). Even if most of tenderers can mantain operations by teleworking, the working conditions have dramatically changed, which makes collaborative work difficult. Thank you for reconsidering it.

A single document should be provided with all answers to the award questionnaire for each lot individually.
