Could you please provide the following information? A. Is the documentation present for current Documentum applications? B. Can you provide a list of all geographical regions (time zones) with active users? C. Describe issues, if any, in setting up extended downtimes (12 hours - 36 hours) for parts or all of the Documentum platform? D. Is there any specific timeline for the migration to complete? If yes, please specify. E. Is any migration tool built or acquired already by the client? F. What is the total size of data (in GBs) in Documentum, which is required to be migrated?

In the context of Annex 06 you should consider a minimal out of the box installation of Documentum version 7.x with minimal customisation. In addition, you can assume documentation is present. Only one geographical region (Europe) has active users. Limited downtime can be tolerated, and timeline has no fixed deadline. No migration tool is available and the total amount of data to be migrated is around 10 TB.
