Question details
Electricity schemes QMT-14 and island operation and black start of cogenerators.
Good evening. With regard to how the new electricity production systems are managed and connected, we would like to ask for evidence of how the “QMT 14” framework is composed, and in particular, we would like to make available on the portal the electrical diagrams of the framework in question, with evidence of the positioning and characteristics of the interface switch connected to the cogeneration plant, in order to determine the operation on the island and blackout in the start of the cogenerators.
