Finančná ponuka
V prvom hárku finančnej prílohy je uvedené, že služby je možné k cenám uvádzať aj "0" pokiaľ máme záujem to poskytnúť bezplatne. Moja otázka znie, či je možné v case study uviesť pri položke jednotkovú cenu "0" v prípade, keď túto položku nepotrebujeme, pričom v rámcovom rozpočte táto položka bude mať nadefinovanú cenu (pre prípad, že by na iný typ podujatia bolo potrebné jej obstaranie).

The volumes estimated in the case studies are meant to there for the comparability of the tenders. If the tenderer wants to have some items of the price list for the case studies offered for free, then s/he will have to offer them for free during the entire implementation of the contract. The unitary prices (in column D) for the case studies have to match 100% with the unitary prices inserted in tab 2 for the same service. Objem služieb v prípadovej štúdii slúži na provonanie ponúk.Ak chce uchádzač niektoré položky uvedené v cenovej ponuke poskytnúť pre účely prípadovej štúdie zdarma, potom ich musí poskytnúť zdarma i počas celého trvania zmluvy. Jednotkové ceny (stĺpec D) prípadových štúdií musia byť na 100 % identické s jednotkovými cenami v tabuľke č. 2 pre tie isté služby.
