Question
In order to ensure full alignment with EU-OSHA anticipated dedication and research depth expectations, and taking into account that the Agency has published a detailed Project Plan, with a predefined Work Package structure and specific tasks within, could you provide further details on the workload estimates for a minimal Project Team as described in pages 26-27 of the Tender Specifications (PM, Social Researchers…)? We understand each WP budget allocation comes from this preliminary reference calculation, please confirm.

EU-OSHA has defined minimum requirements in terms of work package structure, tasks and methods and set a maximum value for the contract. In their offer, tenderers should explain in detail how the tasks would be performed in practice, how the work would be coordinated, the contract and projects be managed and quality assured. As well as giving details of proposed methodology, tenderers must provide details of how their expertise in terms of staff seniority and time are allocated to the different tasks. In providing this information tenderers should refer to the award criteria and use the template provided for resource allocation to tasks.
