Please confirm that a maintenance contract of 80,000 € per year is a valid reference provided that it had a continuous duration of a minimum of 12 months. Thank you.

Your understanding on 19.2, 2a is correct. In addition, at least one maintenance reference should demonstrate the implementation of “DevOps” practices to automate delivery processes.
