Question details
Specialised company for Accessibility Standards
In section 2.3.1.6 of the Technical Specifications services it is mentioned that “…application and improvement of accessibility standards (in cooperation with a specialised company)”. According to our understanding, this specialised company will be introduced in the specific tasks by EESC. Please confirm.

In section 2.3.1.6. "Technical development", in fact the company specialised in web accessibility will have a separate framework contract with the EESC and will receive specific orders related to web accessibility from the EESC. On the basis of the audits, reports and correction plans which will result therefrom, the contracting authority can issue specific orders for their implementation to the tenderer who will be awarded this call for tenders.
