Technical and professional capacity
With reference to the evidence required to fulfil the technical and professional criteria, section 19.2, point 2.b, “Each project must have had a continuous duration of a minimum 18 months with a value in excess of 5,000,000 EUR per annum”. We understand that a software development project that had minimum duration of 18 months within the last 3 years and value in excess of 7,500,000 EUR within these 18 months is eligible for covering this requirement. Could you please confirm our understanding or clarify further?
