Power of Attorney template contains in section 1 "(1) The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has awarded the Framework Contract resulting from the Call for Tender EMA/2020/02/IT to [complete]...". Our understanding is that we should change the sentence to "(1) The European Medicines Agency (EMA) in case of award of the Framework Contract resulting from the Call for Tender EMA/2020/02/IT [complete]...". Could you please confirm our understanding is correct or further clarify?

Tenderer may change the form as suggested. However please note, should the Tenderer be awarded the POA will be then requested to be signed again with the wording as per the published template.
