Does DG MOVE expect a full coverage of international passenger travel in the study? Or should activities focus on night trains, with results from the analysis be transferred to other trains where relevant?

Last section of paragraph 2.1 of the technical specifications of this tender states as follows: “The type of rail services to be analysed in this study include: - long-distance cross-border (high speed) passenger services; - cross-border night train services.” DG MOVE expects full coverage of the above-mentioned two types of rail services. Section 1 of the technical specifications states further: “The study will address the relevant elements for cross-border passenger rail services in general, with a special focus on night trains ….”
