1.- What experience is requested from a company to participate in this tender? 2.- In case we would like to build a consortium for this tender, is it possible to include companies in the next stage?

1.- The legal and regulatory, economic, financial, technical and professional capacity (i.e. selection criteria) will be specified in the tender documents that will be published in the future call for tenders. 2.- Only candidates that have been directly invited by an Invitation to tender from the Contracting Authority may participate in the future call for tender. Any tender received from a legal or natural person not invited to tender, including in a joint tender with an invited candidate (e.g. consortium), will be rejected. Consequently, each member foreseen to be part of the consortium must at this stage duly fill in the "Express interest" form.
