Page limit for Illustrative Tasks
Question
The tender specifications (page 8) state “The bids are expected to be in the range of 5-10 pages per illustrative task on their technical content, plus possible annexes (such as organisation planning and CVs of the proposed team).”. We find challenging to provide a proposal that addresses all the award criteria within this page limit. Could you please specify the elements that can be included in the annexes? - The work plan? - The team structure? - The risk management section? Can you please confirm that elements included in the annexes will be taken into account in the scoring? Can you please confirm that the table of content is not counted for in this page limit?

The annexes can include information like the work plan, the team structure and the risk management section. The information contained in the annexes will be taken into account in the scoring. The table of content is not counted. The page limit (5-10 pages) is an indicative range.
