Subject	3.2.3. Technical and professional capacity
Question	We have a question regarding page 14 of the administrative tender specifications. On page 14 there it is mensioned that there is the criterion T1 and T2 to prove that the Tenderer have the necessary technical and professional capacity to perform the contract. But if you look on page 24/25 (List of documents to be submitted) a criterion T2 is not listed to be provided. Can you please explain if and where the documents for Criterion T2 have to be submitted?
