Reporting
The ToR indicate in section "2.4 Meeting and missions", that the contractor will prepare progress reports to be sent to Eurostat prior to each annual progress meeting. Nevertheless, the section 2.6 related to the reporting makes no reference to these progress reports. Could you please confirm that these reports are also required, and precise what should be their content. Moreover, is a Final Report for each Lot required in a consistent manner, at the end of the contract. Thank you in advance for your clarifications.

Annual progress meetings (section 2.4) are foreseen in Luxembourg for the smooth running of the Framework Contracts (FC) – 1 FC per Lot. Contractors should prepare progress reports on their lots with an overview of the annual core programme (courses offered), of the participation (figures on participants per country) and on the evaluations received from the participants. The objective of these annual meetings will be to discuss with the contractors and share experiences on the "lessons learned", "what we could do better" and how to improve any teaching or organisational issues. Eurostat will inform the contractors on eventual internal reorganisation of staff and present if necessary the updated templates to be used in the next year's programme. The final report in section 2.6 refers to the work carried out by the contractor under the Specific Contracts(SC) – 1 SC per course. It relates to the execution of the SC describing the results obtained (see required documents under point 2.3 – Task 7). These SC final reports shall accompany the corresponding invoice.
