Incomplete Annex 12 - missing templates for some statistical fields
According to the ToR, the technical implementation of each lot will be evaluated on the basis of (...) the information provided in the model course descruotuibs, to be completed by teh bidder for each requested course. Sample requests for courses in statistical fields have been drawn up for this purpose (see templates in Annex 12 to the tender specifications) and will be used as an assessment basis for the technical implementation of bids for each lot. Only replies for the complete set of course descriptions per lot will be considered." The templates included in Annex 12 of "EN-ESTAT-A-2014-023 ANNEXES - FINAL.doc" are incomplete. For Lot 1, for example, the templates for the statistical fields 1.2 - Data collection and 1.4 - Data validation, editing and imputation, are missing. For lot 9, the template for the statistical field 9.2 and 9.4 is missing. Could you please upload the missing templates. or Could you please clarify?

As provided for in Article 4.5.2, par. 2, of the tender technical specifications, the technical implementation of each lot will be evaluated on the basis of the information provided in the model course descriptions to be completed by the bidder for each requested course. Annex 12 provides sample requests for hypothetical courses which will be used as an assessment basis for the technical implementation of bids for each lot. These hypothetical courses do not cover all statistical fields for Lot 1 and Lot 9. The sample request for 1.1, 1.3 and 1.5 (for Lot 1) as well 9.1 and 9.3 (for Lot 9) will be the assessment basis for the technical implementation for the whole Lot 1 and Lot 9.
