Good morning, with reference to the signature method referred to the tender specifications, Part 1: Administrative Specifications in point 4.3, is kindly requested to know: QUESTION: 1. with regard to the hand-written signature method: all documents that are signed with handwritten signature must be attached with the identity document of the Legal representative who signs and also the document justifying his powers (extract of Chamber of Commerce) or simply attach only once the document proof of signature powers, in the dedicated appropriate field of the Portal? 2. with reference to the electronic signature procedure: given the difficulty in accessing the appropriate link, it is requested to know if the extension "p7m" (cades) is considered a valid electronic signature module "? Identity card document is not needed but only the document justifying the authority to sign is required and in e-Submission the .p7m is supported
