With regard to document: “Minimum requirement for O&M” on chapter 16, is indicated “The total number of employees for the performance of the operation and maintenance activities on Site, dedicated exclusively to the work of the plant, may not be less than 9 (nine) persons Question : Please confirm that for each shift, based on actual legislation, safety rules and maintenance program, can be foreseen less than 3 operators (example during the shift in night operation, holidays etc…).

The number of operators present at each shift as well as the distribution of the staff for each shift depends on the qualification of the staff, on safety measures, and on the approved detailed maintenance plan drafted by the Contractor
