Transfer of staff
Europol is of the opinion that there will be no personnel transferring in the sense of the TUPE legislation. However, Europol suggests the bidder to make its own assessment, because the risk of employees transferring ultimately will be for the winning tenderer. Europol also included the relevant information about the current staff. What is Europol’s preference concerning personnel transferring?

Europol is satisfied with the performance of the current personnel, however tenderer shall be responsible for making the assessment as regards the application of the rules of transfer of personnel in accordance with the TUPE Directive.
