Extending the deadline
The deadline for answering the call leaves less than two months to build the proposal. Given that the sector has been and is still trying to navigate the uncertainties related to the COVID crisis and at the same time many try to have what possibilities remain for any holidays, can the deadline (currently September 14) be extended until September 30? The extra two weeks in September would give more time to build the body of experts as everyone is definitely back in office, also to polish the proposal etc. All in all, there is no doubt the extension would result in over all higher quality answers to the tender.
